Thank for these old timey recipes, I love them. The Poppyseed Chicken reminds me of my Moms Hot Chicken Salad we would do for brunches & baby showers. In hers, we put crushed potato chips on top but I think I would like Ritz better. I love desserts too but this one would require way too much insulin. Lmk if u have ever experimented with a single serve Rice Krispie treat ... kinda along the line of doing a single size Smore? Definitely watch to the end! ❤
Omgosh, the rice Krispy treats!🙈😋 There goes my diet, lol! Your sweatshirt is super cute for Vday!🩷 No, I've never tried chicken spaghetti. Looks good, kinda like chicken parm, but not fried. Have a blessed weekend!😊
I make this all the time. It really is a tried-and-true favorite. We call it "not Fired Chicken" because it taste just like fried chicken. Thanks for sharing. TTYL, my friend. ~~~~Tina
Poppyseed Chicken! I had a hankering about a month ago. Yes, I did have to add a bit more seasoning. I believe our palettes have changed a bit. I love to serve with rice!
Your candy heart shirt was very cute. I liked the shot of your spaghetti inside the oven bubbling. I'm sure you made your momma smile, talking about the sweet memory! ❤PS Can you share where you got your spurtles?
My husband was high school friends with Dan (of Dan-o’s). It’s very popular here in his hometown , wasn’t sure how far it reached. Pretty cool to see elsewhere ❤
Well, thanks for letting me know. I always enjoy your videos & especially your seasonal home decor; you have great taste 😌 You remind me of my oldest niece. You’re a Southern gem!
Would you happen to know which video has rice krispie recipe in 13x9 pan with your daughter? I think yall used peeps but could definitely be used with regular Marshmallows. ❤🎉
Dulce de leche is easy to make with sweeten condensed milk in canning jars in your slow cooker. You can also change up the flavoring if you wish. About 8-12 hrs on low with a lid-off cool down to room temp. I usually do it in 4 oz jars as my slow cooker isn't so deep to cover larger jars.
I think my grandma use to make the Chicken Poppyseed casserole before, so it’s one I’d like to try but I might leave out the poppyseeds. I hate them getting stuck in my teeth
I'm a grandma and have made the poppy seed casserole many times. It's a family favorite! Another hint for spreading sticky rice krispies is to wet your hands with warm water. You may have to re-wet your hands a few times, but it works well.
Yes!! When I was a flight attendant, our crew got randomly drug tested. I had eaten a Polish bread that had a poppy seed filling and I tested positive for opiates. I was blown away.🤯 I've wanted to try that chicken spaghetti for a while but those dulce de leche rice krispie treats are calling my name!
