Hey man congrats. I showed up in a lot of the late race clips (guy in the “Daddy’s Money” singlet) and finished 2:50:0x. Happy you had a better finish than I did!
Congrats on the sub-2:50 and great job on the recap video. You captured the feelings of many of us marathon runners so well. Especially liked hearing about bonding with others who are only running near you for portions of the race. After my Tokyo finish several people came up to me and spoke about how they had followed right behind me the whole race, as if we were buddies without having spoken a word yet.

Congrats Alvin, so proud of you. So many losses and BQ Attempts throughout this journey but now you have officially done the impossible. Have fun in Boston, now it's my turn, getting that BQ Attempt at CIM thus coming December 🎉🎉🎉🎉

congratulations and a really good marathon time for sure, I was running Grandmas as well this year as well, and yes it was very cold and wet at the end. During the race I found it perfect temperature at that time. thanks on sharing
