🍨Caramel granola
🍊Caramel orange syrup:
150 grams of sugar (1/3 lb)
120 ml water (4 fl.oz)
orange zest (mandarin, lemon)
🍮Prepare caramel orange syrup.
✅Pour the sugar into a thick-bottomed saucepan and put it on the fire.
✅While the sugar is melting, bring the water to the boil. Take the saucepan with the caramel off the fire, pour the hot water into the caramel in a thin stream, stirring constantly. If lumps of caramel remain in the caramel, return the pan with the caramel water to the fire to dissolve the lumps.
✅ Add finely grated orange peel to soak in the caramel syrup.
✅Strain the syrup from the zest - put the zest aside, you will need it.
🍿Granola:
400 grams of whole oat cereal (14.3 oz)
100 g walnuts (3.6 oz, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews)
50 gr dried apricots (1.7 oz, dates, raisins)
50 gr dried cranberries (1.7 oz)
🍰Prepare granola.
🔥Turn on the oven to 340F.
✅Combine the cooled syrup with the whole oat flakes, stir.
✅Place cereal in syrup on a parchment-lined baking tray, flatten out, add nuts, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
✅ Add chopped dried apricots, cranberries and orange zest to the cereal.
Optional:
🥛200 g of drinking yogurt (7 oz, no additives)
🍓fresh berries
😉Serve cooled granola with yogurt and berries.
