Reminds me a lot of Fred Vanvleet. I think he will have a similar career as well, starting his few careers in the G-League and really develop as a good backup PG for a good team hopefully.

I'm a huge fan. #7 on my big board right now. One of the best shot creators in the class. Right up there with Anthony Edwards. He can just get buckets in several different ways. His short area burst is insane. His movements are sudden. My only concerns are that his defensive effort does need to improve, and he struggled in some games against bigger schools. But overall this is a strong prospect. His floor is probably as a solid 6th man and his ceiling is at an all star level. I'm not really worried about age. I mean you look at younger prospects with similar skill sets and you're pretty much hoping that they develop into what Riller is at 23. Like if you're taking Cole Anthony you are hoping he's as good as Riller by the time he's 23 lol. So why not just take Riller.

You see in almost every clip that his teammates are just standing around watching him. I think his passing will get better when he actually has guys that aren't afraid to create their own shot.

Reminds me of rodney Stuckey a little bit who my Detroit pistons took many years ago. Both went to small schools and could get to the basket at will.

This dude is already a better lefty finisher than a lot of guards in the league lol. I really like his game. His mechanics are super clean on the midrange, but he needs to become a "stronger" shooter from the NBA 3. You can tell that his shot form gets more loose from deep. There's no doubt he will figure that out under the right organization.

To be honest he will be a perfect fit with the LA Lakers. Lakers currently don't have that kind of player with that skillset that Riller has. I'm torn between him or Jahmius Ramsey, but I'm kinda leaning towards Riller. It's about opportunities, granted LeBron led teams don't have much patience for Rookies, but a guy like Riller would be an exception because he is older than most of the rookies. Imagine him getting the opportunity with the Lakers that KCP always had but never been more than an average starter. I'm hoping this kid falls to the Lakers.

This guy is a professional scorer who can obviously score at an elite level at all three levels. It doesn’t matter that he’s 23. He’s a plug and play type of player. The Lakers should take him with their No. 28 pick.

Im late to this kid has burst and craftiness which i feel is important in the NBA he's a cross between CJ McCulloch and Darren Williams. I know teams want a two way player but its not a real expectation since most of these guys never had to worry about it before. IMO you want an older player so you can max em with that second contract and be done.

I really hope the lakers can draft him at 28. He’s NBA ready and can get buckets from day 1 in the league. Also with the talk about the league starting around Christmas, the lakers will need more younger guys to fill in minutes for the veterans

When you look at his shot don't look at if it goes in or not. When he shoots like 95% of the time, his teammates start walking towards the other end of the court.
