As per my studies it wont effect. Ai will help ti increase the productivity of a designer, creative or whatever. It wont replace any human. I am using this so called AI every day in my job which makes me more productive.

Learn the adobe package on line by side during free-time or take a small course. Language is important or how u will communicate. Talk to your self in the mirror and practice.

Good question. Photoshop is a tool to achieve the results that we need on designing. If you are designing any thing with that tool then yes you are a designer. But try to learn more tools and design theories to expand the capabilities. God bless 🙏
