I like that, but that also means the tax payers have to fund his care for the next 60 years. I think the family and friends of the girl should be responsible for his care or lack there of until he is dead (sooner than 60 years). Let the girl's family decide what or if he eats that month, and if he sleeps on a bed or a pile of broken glass.
@@augirl15 i think you are confused. they are trying to cover for him. being general bad parents. they dont seem bothered at all by the murder and just want to help him. if they were at all feeling inconvenienced they wouldnt be lying for there son and attempting to hide the truth. when there is something so severe on the line as a murder we cant throw cliches at issues.
Sounds like he would’ve been a serial killer if he wasn’t caught. Drawings of dead women in his room? He fulfilled that fantasy and he would’ve done it again.
@Everything that ever existed is nothing wtf does feminism have to do with it? It's common knowledge majority of serial killers prefer women or children as their victims. Some serial killers specifically target adult men (like Dahmer) but they're fewer.
This young man is so deeply disturbed and he’s not the only one. So young ladies, please don’t let anyone convince you to sneak out or go to a secluded area. Please let someone know that you’re leaving and who you’re leaving with, because it’s hard to fight a planned ambush and as women we often lose.
This is why men keep saying to make smart decisions. Then they get lambasted as "victim shaming". Each bad encounter is a reason to learn from it. Make smart decisions, don't make bad choices. This all sounds bad as if they are victim blaming, they are not. They are stating simple facts so other people don't make the same mistakes. They know this, which is why they either carry defense multipliers or wait until better circumstances arise. I don't k iw a single dude who strolls through bad neighborhoods at night for a jog but I know women who do, then complain about how scary it is.
Yesssssssss, it’s very sad! I’ve always been scared to date because there’s so many wicked people! I’m 38 yrs old. ☹️ ..and has only become worse with time!
If my child did a horrendous act like this, I’d want him punished to the full extent of the law. You can still have unconditional love for your child in prison. The parents are vile!
@@dannnylad8119 if my child murdered another child, because they wanted to see how it felt, they need to be locked up! I would still love them, but they’d be a risk to every child they came across. Very simple, if you commit murder, you forfeit the right to walk among society.
This is a kid who should never see outside again. I was having trouble wrapping my head around a 14 year old being this evil and it keeps getting worse.
@@Pubify17 He stabbed an innocent girl 114 times give him six months per stab 57 years before parole if he does not get in any trouble inside if he gets in more trouble inside no parole! Sorted
Find your story and stick with it is a bit vague could mean anything. Even witnesses witness the same thing but their stories differ and overtime memories become foggy.
I hope he’s tried as an adult and no bleeding heart judge thinks he can be rehabilitated. Lock him up and throw away the key. I feel bad for Trystyn’s family and for the jogger who found her. Hopefully the jogger is doing ok after finding Trystyn.
give him life. idc that he’s 14, 114 times that’s absolutely freaking horrible and disgusting she was only 13 and didn’t deserve this. i pray for her and her family.
His sentence should not even be up for debate. He did it, and he knows he did it. It's grace to even keep him alive, but who are we to end his life. But he for sure deserves no special treatment, because without doubt he knew exactly who, where and when he was going to take that young girl out. And he succeeded in his thoughts and plan.
Oh yes. The nut doesn't fall far from the tree. Many of today's parents are the burnout teens of the 1980's-'90's that shouldn't be allowed to raise pigeons.
This is her i know its the wrong thing to do but she and her husband made a human being she just loves she wanted to protect her son even though he deserves to rot
@@KayInMaine A serial killer is someone who murders many people. Stop trying to sling around words you don't know thee meaning of. You're just making yourself look extra dumb.
I know what you mean. But I wish we could start teaching women to get out of that mindset. Because men are just meat and bones like the rest of our species. Women are not cattle nor sheep. Be fierce and vigilant. We men are simple creatures!
@@DG-ie5ip It was actually ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court to execute minors, or even sentence them to life without parole. I wouldn't support the death sentence for minors myself.
I feel so sorry for this jogger... it is a traumatic event to find a murdered person. Often times these people have horrible nightmares and depression after.... my prayers are with him/her.
Indeed, how horrible it would have to be yet at the same time, understanding you were sent to find her so she would no longer be alone. 😢🙏🏻 Evil can touch you no more Shine on little star.......Shine on
It's amazing how a young "adult" can be so obviously guilty even their parents know it, but the parents still try to hide the truth and play like their kid is innocent...
he deserves the death penalty. he should never EVER see light again. poor girl had her WHOLE life ahead of her and it got taken away by someone she thought was a friend.
Actually a bullet. We baby criminals in the U.S. If we were harsh on criminals crime would radically go down if there were real consequences. Prison daycare doesn't do enough.
@@debbiewilkins1623 they do in the south. What are you all talking about? The US is the toughest on crime of any western or European country. It does fuckall to prevent crime. Just makes em worse when they everntually do come back out to live near you. As you wish.
My 16 year old son is held accountable for everything he does, but I'm amazed at what some of his friends get away with. My son recently lost his phone, xbox, seeing friends, and driving privileges for typical teenage shenanigans. Makes things very tense around here, but he needs to learn there are always consequences for bad behavior.

A lot of self-righteous people out here! It is a parent's instinct to protect their child (and 14 IS a child!). I would do the same! It doesn't mean that I am a bad person. It just means that I love my child unconditionally. That is what a good parent is supposed to do!
@@elisapelaccia6484 You sound just like the Mother of the two teens who murdered a dear friends 12 year old daughter. She helped them get rid of her body in a recycling can, like trash. Her killers were 16 and 19 only one went to jail for with good behavior 5 years tops, his brother was ruled incompetent and they didn't have much on him.He is real competent at committing crimes, well maybe not so much,he was shot in an armed robbery q year ago,he sadly lived.Do not EVER come at me,I had to see a strangled 12 year old, attend her funeral all because two losers wanted her bike and their Mommy cleaned up the mess. Her name was Autumn Pasquale 💙 She had a strict but amazing father who has never been the same.Go ahead raise juvenile delinquents,it' seems to be so fashionable these days, but don't bitch when someone puts them in their place

@@slixtocsik2787 Just because you "could do something" doesn't mean you should do it. A normal person recognizes right from wrong. If you believe that everyone could stab a person 114 times - then you're crazy. Evil does exist, that's the thing: people want to believe that it doesn't so that they could justify their immoral acts.
and THEN had the nerve to portray himself as some sort of gangster. like he was a chiraq goon. naw bro. you are just some weird kid who shouldnt have been allowed near normal people.
This little man was a born killer-a little InCel full of frustration and rage. He’d have ended up either a serial killer or a mass-murderer. But his mother-man that’s one evil sub-human right there…
Some of these kids today are a different breed. They're constantly seeking attention and desperately chasing that "clout" Blows my mind how someone can become so evil and depraved in only 14 years of life. The internet must play a part in all this.
Let's pretend like he is innocent. His response instead of sadness, shock, or grief is "How is it my problem? Typical sociopath. Because he is 14, he will probably get out someday and do this again.
I just don't understand how a person is able to stab someone 114 times! I mean a person would definitely have anger issues or mental problems but, the amount of strength and energy to stab someone that many times is just shocking to me. The boys mother had to know that her son needed mental help before all this happened. She could have possibly prevented this from happening!
There's a disassociation component for sure. That's why animal abuse is an early warning sign, it's like training. It escalates until they finally graduate to humans. If a human has an arm and muscles to move the arm they can hold a knife and stab. It takes a long time to build up to that so yeah, if you heard some of the stuff his friends said he would do, he lived in an entire community of people who were just oblivious.
The mother of the boy is exactly the kind of person that doesn’t need to be raising a child. They become people that never were taught to be good and decent people …they instead become those people that “pick and choose their story and then stick to it”.
Af needs Jesus Jesus is the only one to get those demons. If he doesn't things will not end well with. Him. Horphic and heinous crime . I feel sympathy for tb family. My prayers go out for them. What was tb doing with Af in the first place in the wee hours of the morning? I have never heard the facts of this case.did he lure her out there?
I disagree with the majority of the comments. Tampering with evidence you get the appropriate response associated with the crime. You don't get to "lock her up" because of feelings. That's against all principles of any judiciary system and due process. Or screw the constitution? Unless bad parenting or being a bad person are defined as actual crimes, then no, there shouldn't be a penalty. Other than the tampering which she may face charges for, she's done nothing wrong wrt to the law. If the law is wrong and you think bad parenting should be criminalized, then work to get it changed.
@@gottagowork she tampered with evidence. The opinions expressed here are not about liking this mother or not. FACT- evidence, like witness tampering, IS a criminal offense. She is an aider and abettor. She enables the criminal activity of her son. In your logical mind, is this behavior legally just? If so, I pity you.
She fought for her life 😔 I can’t imagine how terrified she was. No one should ever have to go out like that. Especially not a child. I hope their family is staying strong. 💗

Psychopathy, with horrible abuse as a child, make killers. His parents should be investigated for their likely contributions to this young monster, as well.

Try counting to 115 and swing your arm .. It’s absolutely terrifying that there are humans on this planet capable of this kind of violence to a defenseless girl
Oh dear lord to lose your beautiful daughter in that way on mother's day is heart-wrenching, I hope she's at peace in heaven and send love and prayers to her mum and family xxxx As for him he should never be allowed out ever and his mum tampering with evidence shows she is no better, as a mother you want another mother to be able to know the truth get justice and lay her child to rest... When my friend's husband stabbed her 50 times, that was an overkill. 114 times? That's beyond an overkill!! That kid had some SERIOUS issues!! My condolences to the young girl's family. 😔
Michael myers suffers from catatonia. Seeing this boy, I dont think his emotions are completely gone. Catatonic patients tend to have empathy, not all are the same.
Minus the fact that your decision making skills arent very good. But personality-wise, you're pretty anchored in. Chances are, he would grow out of impulse murder and change to thoughtfully premeditated
What disturbs me is not just the violence of such a young child but the fact that they have drug dealers. This says something about how Americans have lost the war on drugs and that harsh punishment should be given to people selling and selling to minors!
@@user-wl4qs8xl3r first off this comment was from a year ago so I’m not sure why you’re bringing this up now. The human brain is such a mystery. The fact that there are people out there hard wired to be cold blooded killers makes me realize there’s no point in even trying to imagine what goes through their mind or how it works because the average person probably will never understand.
These psychopaths have a part in their brain that is significantly smaller than normal people which makes them lack empathy. They really should throw them all in a jail or the ones who haven't hurt people in a institution. He should definitely be locked away for life.
