You cannot, this relies on Open Street map

you can import gis files (shp) into grasshopper using Urbano.

I reinstalled rhino 5 next to rh7 which works OK. Also download an older version of gh, elk does not run in rh 7, at least not as far as I know. Evt you have to download the latest update of rh 5

Elk may not work…Try Caribou! You can install the package via the package manager
