It is part of a guided meditation series designed specifically for anyone who is a bit newer to meditating as it offers prompts throughout the meditation to help teach you and to help you stay focused.

I’m grateful that you uploaded this video. Every time I say the phrase “I’m grateful for all the blessings..I’m always abundantly supported by the universe” I really feel the support and I really feel grateful. Thank you. It brings me peace

i did this on my walk to school today.. there has never been a time where i was able to appreciate the walk. it’s always given me anxiety and terrified me. today i walked and felt so at peace and just calm within my being. Thank you! i will use this video often:)

I have a question, on the beginning ( 1:19 ) you say to take deep breath in through the nose, hold it 3sec and than slowly release also through the nose, or it was just slip of the tounge?

Thanks for your question. While you can breathe in through the nose and then out the mouth (that’s an option sometimes taught), here I have you breathing through the nose exclusively. That being said, if it feels better to you to exhale through the mouth, then you certainly can. There’s not necessarily a right or wrong way for what we are doing here.
