We have some exciting updates to share with you on the Sick Pizza MFU. Scott and Tom will be giving us a progress report on the MFU, and Scott even makes the first pizza in the MFU. EJ also gives us a rundown on the wrap, and we show you some behind-the-scenes footage of how it all came together.
Our shop manager, Rick, is retiring this Friday, and we take the opportunity to present him with a special gift as a token of our appreciation for his hard work and dedication over the years.
And if that's not enough, we have a very special guest in this episode. Dennis and Ryan Anderson from Diggers Dungeon join us for an extensive interview and tour, where they take us through the rich history of Grave Digger, one of the most iconic monster trucks of all time.

That is a whole lot of history with the Gravedigger family! Very glad you were able to share that with the rest of the world. The pizza trailer looks kick ass!!! The closest I’ll come to getting some of that Deep dish will be if you take it on Midwest Drag Week and have to fix something coming through town again.

I Remember when Dennis hit the wall at Ector County Coliseum in Odessa Texas during a race that I want to say was against Big Foot in the late 80’s or very early 90’s. Took out part of the brick wall next to the big garage doors where the trucks enter the arena.

I had a flashbulb memory of the wife and I going to the Oakland Coliseum back in the late 80’s and watching Dennis Anderson run the Gravedigger in the old drag race configuration down the first and third baselines. Definitely not like the freestyle that they run today but it was still a good time. Fast forward a few years later I had a neighbor who worked for a towing company and the owner had a big rig tow truck and was deep into the Monster Truck scene and he would have all of the monster trucks in his shop repairing their rigs between shows and it was a good time hanging out with the gang and climbing into those rigs and helping out with the teams.

While ive never seen a monster truck show they are cool as hell. And ive had the priveledge of working on gravediggers tires as a giant tire guy. No clue who they were for and when i was told to dress the treads down pretty far i was confused cause the tires were fresh. Turns out they take alot of the tread down so they can spin the tires good and whatnot. Pretty awesome

I was a big fan of Grave Digger and use to think Dennis Anderson was crazy when he would do the freestyle him and Tom Meents was the most craziest monster truck drivers in freestyle it was awesome.

Remember back when big foot, driven by bob Chandler.Bob put on a show. Such as. Being pulled by a bull rope, and his famous tire walk while waving his cowboy hat. Thought no one can beat this guy for showing off. Then Dennis Anderson pulled off a 150ft wheelie, the crown went wild with that move. Still remember that til the day I die. First time anyone even though of doing that back then with a monster truck. I was in my early teens by in the early 80's. Was in Atlanta old basketball stadium, called the Omni, . That day Forward I was a digger fan. Think Dennis called kill devel hills home. Was a perfect place to fix the trucks theme to also.

💚 💀 The Digger... I remember watching all the Bigfoot Monster trucks and all the crazy things Dennis Anderson did in Grave Digger back when I was younger, in the late 80's. It really inspired the whole thing of monster trucks today. I live in a little town called Aledo Illinois. I had this buddy I went to school with back in the day, well until he dropped out named... Larry Quick AKA "Boogie". He lived in this little crappy run down house on the main drag of town that's now gone for being condemned. Back then, I remember see him dragging up big tractor tires and frame and welding on stuff at this little house, and I'm like... Boogie, what heck are you doing??? He's like I'm building a monster truck... at the time I'm like... 🤣 OK sure you are... I couldn't believe he would actually finish and get it done. It got him noticed and he did run with the Monster Jam guys for a while... He is actually is the Originator of the back flip the 1st one ever. Now drive to his own show, which is just awesome!... Quick Motorsports, and him with his 69' Mustang looking "Ghost Rider" . He's owns several trucks kind of a family business thing. There shops is in Alexis, not too far away... He still lives only a few blocks away still here in this same little small town. He's a really awesome guy, really hard to believe where he came from and to what all he has done, slimply because of the love and awesomeness of monster trucks.

That’s a beautiful trailer. As a person that’s been in that business I can say you’re very limited in space inside a trailer. It’s hard to produce a lot of 1 item such as pizza. I recommend looking into other food items to include on your menu. Also a black wrap is going to make the temperature in the trailer even hotter not including the oven. Also not all events have enough electricity available to run ac’s. I’ve done shows that we could only run the light’s because of the lack of electricity. Good luck and best wishes with the trailer. It’s a tough business but it’s a lot of fun.
