We went from Blidworth as there’s a back way you can take to get in to Sherwood Pines from there. You could cycle from Nottingham or alternatively look at getting a train from Nottingham to Newstead Abbey, Mansfield or Mansfield Woodhouse. All of those places have good links to Sherwood Forest and surrounding areas.
