Imagine if India set it sights on becoming a major electric vehicle developer and mass producer. It would greatly enhance it's Sovereign future capabilities. China has put a strong focus on being a major mass developer and producer of electric vehicles, economically it's a smart move, but an even smarter move due to the fact that it has fast tracked highly advanced capabilities in next generation mechanical engineering. At a phenomenal level. At the rate they have been moving forward, in 10 years time who knows what level of capabilities they will possess.
