Many investors keep banging on about an imminent crash while watching opportunities slip off. In my opinion, it will be highly delusional to hold unto your money thinking there will be an apocalyptic market crash. My advice is, Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless. Dont give in to the bullshit of an imminent market crash since it's all bogus hype. The market will exist no matter what happens.

Another excellent report and right on the money. One thing that is being kept secret is who owns these bonds that are being defaulted on. They need to be brought out and spotlighted. Otherwise, many asset prices will be depressed in ‘financial sympathy’ and that is unnecessary contagion. Also, the CCP is being quiet on this matter and they need to come out with guidance and direction. Otherwise, that will also cause unnecessary financial contagion. Good work Palki!

Building apartments that nobody lives in.China GDP consist of 29% real estate sectors. unlike the U.S where in there regulatory system investors or home owner me pay 10% down payment for any home loan purchase. All the debt, including "underwater" local government entities and subcontractors of the defaulting companies could run $30 trillion.

Beyond the problem of the massive visible debt, and the potential more massive hidden debt, are the problems of questionable construction and so many families with their personal wealth tied up in debt leading real estate that they will never be able to cash in.
