@MILITARY ANALYSIS There's difference between 'using' and 'working together'. China is threat to both India and USA so they are working together to counter it. Pakistan is threat only to India so India will deal with it alone. Also country help each other for long term benefits just like USSR helped India in 1971.

@MILITARY ANALYSIS Russians were always ally of china and iran from the time of USSR. Even in 1962 indo-china war,Russians chose to be neutral and because of US sanctions on Russia and Iran , US pushed them closer to china. And you are right no country is a permanent ally so does Russia of china, if given chance Russian will be first to dump china as they poses threat to Russians also.

@J K wow sir can you tell me the source of your information? I thought India is the only country which got exemption from US sanctions even for buying S400 from Russia. I don't know about which 'strategic oil reserve ' you are talking about, as far as I know India recently bought some oil reserve in USA to store oil when oil was at its lowest cost as all oil reserve of India was full.
