Damn, I was wondering if I was the only one. Like I didn’t think other people did that tbh. Good to know that Gravity Falls got that feeling out of everyone
Like I said before...Disney XD didn't end this show. The creator, Alex wanted to tell this as one story with a beginning, middle and end. He didn't want it to continue after the story ended because he thought the show would lose quality.
I really wanna know more about those other dimensions and future and that stuff, I think there are some more things to tell...so I guess I can just hope...
@@Jegfil there's a real life journal 3 available for purchase with all sorts of bonus info and codes and stuff. There's a whole section detailing some of the alternate dimensions ford visited.
Yeah on Blu-Ray, it shows every episode in detail with the air dates and I could not believe that you guys had to go through that. Even the gap between the second last episode and Finale was shockingly long too. Part of me is glad that I got into the series very late. It was an excellent summer binge.
Disney didn't end the show. They prob wanted to continue it cause they kept spacing it out so much. Alex Hirsch the creator ended it because he wanted to tell a cohesive story and finish it before the show went on too long and lost quality.
@@BrandonBrenlla two seasons with a definite ending is better than a milked out tv show that goes on until it loses all of its charm and what made it special.
@@Amber-md8ut Given Hirsch I think he could pull it off. He was just extremely tired and not prepared when season 1 ended so he decided to end strong. I still say we could have gotten wacky episodes, an episode on wendy, more on Pacifica. That kind of thing
@@Francis... Because there's so much foreshadowing (the Stan in Time Traveler's Pig who pokes his head out of the Mystery Shack in the past has Ford's cleft chin, Stan finds Ford's glasses in the secret room in Carpet Diem, etc.)
They hinted at this in a few episodes... stan's vanity plate read stanly mobile, but he was referred to as stanford by the people.... and the brother's glasses grunkle stan picked up in the shag carpet body swap episode... And the dreamscape episode the poindexter brother was sitting in the bleachers with his head in a book in the gym flashback...
Yeah Now imagine waiting 4 months for the next episode It was cliffhanger hell I hated it There were so many theories about what would happen next it was crazy
The reason I love the ending credits footage of the two Pines brothers, simply sitting on the swings quietly, is because it perfectly fits with how the viewers would have reacted. It’s so simple but it gives me chills at the same time. This video just about proves it.
1) *MY COMPASS GOES HAYWIRE THE CLOSER I GET TO THEM. DOES THIS MEAN WHAT I THINK IT DOES? THE ANSWER* *MAY BE UNDERGROUND.* 2) *THE ORIGINAL MYSTERY TWINS* 3) *THIRTY YEARS AND NOW HE'S BACK* *THE MYSTERY IN THE MYSTERY SHACK* (page at the end of the episode)
This is the kind of story you get when the first ~30 episodes are good at character building and world building. It makes the stakes high and makes the twist matter!
9:01- No, Dipper, Stan did not have all the journals "all that time". He only had the first one, then when Gideon lost the second one that's when Stan got that one, then borrowed the third one from you. What annoys me is how Dipper jumps into conclusions without gathering a different perspective and facts first. Then again Stan isn't really an open book about his past. His and Ford's story make me sad for both of them.
ya'll are crazy in the best possible way. to watch your reactions gives me the biggest rush remembering how i reacted the first time i got to see them, this one in particular. plus your conversations can be funny as hell and REAL! HAHA! luh ya
This is the best episodes hands down that build up to Stan having a twin and how mabel was given the choice of trust Stan even after she saw all that stuff about him or risk the entire universe I wish the show was longer but I hear Alex Hirsch is working on another show for fox that's gonna have that gravity falls vibe
yeah, them watching Total drama would be fun. I think that they would love the charcaters but probably not the episodes, but then again, TD isn't really liked for it's storyline but more for the wackiness.
The rest of the series is going to be AMAZING with these guys. :) Love your reactions! Especially the horrified look on Tasha's face when it hits her the show is implying that the unnamed con man stole Grunkle Stan's identity! :)
There's also a theory about Gravity Falls and Rick and Morty being in the same universe or, ''multiverse'', you should check it out after you finish the series!
Revi Retribution yeah it was hinted at in the journals. Also you'll see things from the shows crossover. Such as Stan's pen, mug, and journal fly out of a portal on Rick and Morty, or Bill in the background. Hints about Rick in the journal, ect. Justin and Alex are friends so they hid elements of each other's shows in Rick and Morty, and Gravity Falls.
When you mentioned how McGucket bottles probably aren't really sassafras, temporary state so I should probably tell you Sassafras root can be refined into a very strong alcohol. So it is sassafras but it's also alcohol
Yes Stan has a sister. She's the mother of Dipper and Mabel. Stan talked to her on the phone way back when Gideon kicked them out of the mystery shack.
Eh. Honestly, the shorts are nice, but they're unimportant. It would also just kinda lessen the impact by going from a cliffhanger to a few casual bits.
Well I guess it makes sense why they canceled the show. Disney dosen't make shows for the older audience and there's a lot of stuff that would go over kids heads and Disney cancels most shows after the 3rd season.
PLEASE START WATCHING RUNAWAYS TOMORROW! It is my absolute favorite comic series and it finally got an adaptation. I've never been this excited. Not even for Avengers or Civil War.
If you finished and remember Avatar you should continue and react to Korra Season 3 and 4 stomp the first two but hey if you make it that far that'd be awesome. I didn't mind the first two though despite noticing issues and OBVIOUSLY Korra develops characters don't just switch completely in a day as teens like we grew overtime.
