I believe you could. It would be hard to put ice in it since the way the water gets cleaned. Its more of a survival water purifier, than a thermos. I got a couple of hours of cold water out of mine when out in the sun. If you need a bottle that's thermal lined and keeps it cold for extended periods of time I'd say look at a different bottle. Hope it helped much love!
Great review Bro. I was wondering why it cant be taken on the airplane if it were empty? Also do you thin this is better than one of the Britta filter bottles of similar size?
keith hosea hey! Thank you I’m not sure it says it on their packaging but I’m sure if it were empty and taken apart they wouldn’t mind. I would definitely say this would be better than a Brittany filter bottle for outdoor use. For indoor use there are far better filters.
Alessandro Pasquali yes you could! Might even add some volume to the water capacity. As you have seen as long as both parts are together the filter doesn’t need to be there. (I would alert that if the screw on lid is not flush or tight there is a bigger chance for leak when tipped. As it’s not an air tight seal. Thank you for your question🙏❤️
Sam Watson I have, on multiple occasions throughout Alaska. I can’t say I’d bet my life as everything isn’t perfect but if your out there in the wilderness and this is the best you got I’d be feeling pretty good about my odds as long as I’m not shoveling water and mud into it.
