No he wasn't!!! Like EVERYONE ELSE, Derek thought Iman or Cody would be in the bottom 2!!

What America's ALWAYS done with this show. I thought it'd be a no-brainer that Olivia would go. People continue to glorify this girl as she basks in the limelight. People don't know her as a dancer or beauty vlogger. Most of us know her as the girl who cheated into college. Melanie actually DESERVED to stay. She was better in every way.

Was Jo Jo a dancer before this? I do not think they should have anyone who danced before be on the show. DWTS got worse over the years. I miss Tom B. being the host.

Tom was very good at his job but he was generic and boring. Tayra is more fun i dont get it.

I found Tom too be slightly boring at times, but when put with Erin their dynamic was perfect, I agree that Tyra isn’t the same 😭🙃😑

See I wasn't the only one who see's the rushing on the judges on the previous elimination and saying its the producers if Tyra quit on her talking to give time for the judges

Terrible host is the reason why...and the producers also can't manage the situation properly.

I completely blame the producers (including Tyra) for timing this show poorly, especially at the end. Tyra doesn't need to keep repeating the judges' votes as if the audience are pre-schoolers who can't keep track. She eats up needless time just to spotlight herself, which means the judges don't have time to talk and the eliminated couple don't get to say a few last words and take a final bow. This is 100% the producers' fault (and Tyra is the executive producer).

ABC said they wanted to take DWTS in a new direction: downwards.

I was actually interested in Len's speech, it had meaning behind it too. the look on his face when they cut him off.... omg, i feel so bad for him 😔. That was so rude of them 😤

@@rowanaforrest9792 They really need to get rid of her, she's so irritating. She makes the show all about herself it's so ridiculous. I especially cringe when she's always like "Which couple would YOUU like to save?" then repeats it and wastes so much time that she barely lets the judges speak and complains that they're telling her in her ear to hurry up. Why don't they get that most people cannot stand her and want her off the show? I know people are going to come at me and call me racist as I've been told several times before but it has nothing to do with that, she's just intolerable and doesn't go with this show she kills the whole vibe.

It should’ve been Iman. No hate to him or anything but Olivia and Mel were a lot better and they neither one of them should’ve been in the bottom

Should have been Iman, Cody is still getting back to the groove, and has surpassed Iman who was around every week, so Iman needs to go because Cody has improved so much, plus the judges were harsher on him over the others, especially with "Oh you werent connecting", "Oh you weren't in sync", well deal with it judges, they're in quarintine so they have to trust that the other is in sync, so at least raise the score, and be less tough about it.

This whole season is a mess.. The rehearsal footage is just unnecessary fillers.. There's no memorable week.. All the rushing but then why even have tyra ask questions to contestants if you're gonna cut them short? And before if u got 2-1 then that couple was saved.. If lens vote determines everything then why not just ask him who to save from first get go?

I agree with you, but unfortunately half of the scores are watchers such we don’t see. So yes Olivia was scored super high, it so many people were against her being on this show. I don’t understand the Melanie C thing though

She is no dancer, she is getting the scores because of her whites and she is constantly over scored.

@@garryboast sorry GARRY, but you’re simply wrong, and anyone who can see past whatever anger they may hold toward her because of her PARENTS’ actions years ago, I feel sorry for. It’s frankly BIZARRE that some people are still wasting space in their hearts to hold hate for a sweet girl because of a mistake made by even she was a MINOR, who didn’t even know about the other dealings that were done behind closed doors. The poor girl has endured enough after dealing with the disgusting things people have been saying about her (and not ANY of the 100+ OTHER kids involved, many of which knew their SATs were being taken for them and had a lot more information about the situation than Olivia….) Can you imagine suddenly losing all of the things you’ve worked for professionally that was your passion (dropped by all of the brands and people she had been collaborating with), and had to stop doing what she loved, drop out of school due to the shame and embarrassment (her sister stayed, as did many other kids involved), and most importantly be sent DEATH THREATS and some of the most vile comments I’ve personally ever seen when I looked at a comments section of hers one time-and this was long after it actually happened. It’s sad that she became the “face” of the college admissions scandal. She has sincerely apologized on many occasions and has been doing community service and donating money that she makes from her RU-vid channel to causes that are very relevant and imply that she clearly does understand the privilege she was raised in….she didn’t know anything different so why do people have to keep crucifying the poor girl?! You KNOW she was traumatized throughout the entire ordeal. Where the heck did the compassion in this world go? Since covid it’s as if it’s all been zapped awaay

Tyra talks too much throughout the whole show, if they would cut off some of her talk time then the elimination part wouldn't have to be rushed, but she is the host so I guess she has to shine.

A couple would be eliminated, and we'd get their thoughts on it, the judges would give them a final farewell, and they'd head center stage for a final bow. A proper send off! Now, the eliminated couple isn't even acknowledged. They're just shown standing off to the side looking awkward and defeated.

They’ve all put in sooo much of their heart, time, and effort into this and deserve a proper send off! Tyra needs to Shhhhhh throughout the show so that they could actually still have time to do this!

@@Hmy8799 While I don't like her as a host and definitely do NOT like the way she handles getting an answer from the judges ("LEN, THEY'RE IN MY EAR LEN, WE NEED AN ANSWER"), I don't think she's fully to blame. I think the producers need to plan the show better so they aren't rushing the results at the end of the show and have the production team yelling in Tyra's earpiece telling her to wrap things up quickly in a panic. All productions are a collaborative team effort, and there's clearly a lot of things being mishandled behind the scenes. Tyra isn't great, but I don't think she's the only one at fault here.

INDEED! She’s one of the very best there and is dancing among people who have made a living from dancing in the past!!! She’s clearly SO happy and grateful to be there and she and Val both light up when they’re on stage. I love watching them perform every week!
