I've listened on a 2200 warts sound and it's a awesome performance. .great cover every bass line sound immaculate so it's totally great.. Congratulations
Infusion26, again another fine cover by you, Hope that you are in some type of cover band. I am sure that there are bands that would crave to have a bass player like you. Your covers have helped me out alot with my band, please keep them coming, Thank you!
You, Sir, is really a inspiration for any bass player...Can I make a request? I would love to see you playing Kenny Rogers - Islands in the stream bass cover. Thanks for sharing your videos.
I don't think I have seen anyone play as many open root notes as you, I have noticed it on a couple of other vids you have, I find it unusual and it certainly seems to work great for you. For me; I play a lot of open notes but usually lead-ins and outs, turnarounds. Are you self taught? You do a great job and in no way am I being critical, I enjoy your vids and technique ! Thanks...
Mee lie kee bery bery moch ;p) !!! Time to get my cheap lil bass and give it a shot. Don't mind if I use your videos for cues maestro. Thank you very much for taking the time to post .It trully is appreciated .
@mthl1 Zou kunnen maar het valt mij niet zo op.Soms wil het beeld inderdaad niet helemaal gelijk lopen op RU-vid met het geluid of misschien iets met je internetverbinding ?
hi there Infusion, I'm a big fan of your bass guitar playalongs. I was trying to learn (play along with) your Crocodile Rock playalong but can't seem to add it as a favorite eg. it won't open and play on my phone. is it still available to watch? cheers Aaron. p.s. my aunty bought the 45 single of it in 1973. I have loved that song and the cool bass line. I'm nearly 52 late Feb.
I don't think he reads tab if I remember correctly, I don't either. I have noticed it on other videos from him and I recognize it to be a style that is rather unique and interesting. (Cool) It works great for four string players (and five but not the "B" string)
not bad but the verse notes are hanging loose too long you're not stopping them which makes it sound a bit sleepy also i'm wondering if on the record more was being played on the open strings which gives that grittier biting sound.
I know tabs are extremely useful especially at the beginning, but it's also important to train your ears when it comes to bass guitar. In my opinion in case of this movie where really every move and sound is perfectly clear asking for tabs is just laziness.
