​@@deceased_gandersNo it's not. A group of scientists and chemist did a comedogenic rating test on hair grease and turns out that it has a zero comedogenic rating. Which means it does not clog pores. I stop using hair grease because of how the natural hair community kept saying it was bad. I tried it thier way and ended up with bald spots a lot of shedding. But the minute I started back greasing my scalp and sealing in my leave in conditioners and cream moisturizers with blue magic grease. That's when my hair started thriving and my hair grow back in all the bald spots I had. It's like I never even had bald spots.

@chocolateme7731 be so fr.. hair grease clogs pores. Idk where you found that 'research' , either way its definitely not bad for hair, there's just better options that are more effective and environmentally friendly, maybe you got bald spots from what you were using when you stopped using grease, or you left your hair without a Sealant so it dried out

@@deceased_ganders If hair grease doesn't work for you then don't use it. I went natural three times. I've tried every product that was recommended to me and none of them work. I do like the leave in conditioner by Suave for natural hair which I use after I wash and condition my hair. I then seal it all in with grease. It's funny how you say hair grease clogs pores. When scientist and chemist have proven that it doesn't. Yet natural hair community have always praised coconut oil. Guess what it has a comedogenic rating of 5 which means it will definitely clog your pores. Now castor oil ,avacado oil, and olive oil has a comedogenic rating of 2 . Which means it's still safe to use on hair and scalp. I like to mix these oils in with my hair grease. I sometimes even use just the oils but nothing seals in moisture like hair grease. I also understand that hair grease don't work for everyone. Like I said you just have to use what works best for your hair. You should go and and check out Curly Chemist video. She gives great information about hair grease.
