I have a basement system that consists of a pair of Boston Acoustics A100s, an early '80s Technics integrated rated at 90 watts x 2 at 8 ohms and a Dual TT. The speakers were $60 off craigslist, the amp I found in a Goodwill for $20 with its matching tuner, and the Dual was FREE. So yes, you can put together quite a nice system for under $100 but you have to be patient and on the look out. It should also be said that all of this was put together before ebay was inundated with "flipper-itis", where everybody and his brother is buying up stuff, inflating prices and flipping this vintage gear on ebay, etc.

Hey! I have an Audio Technica AT-LPD2 USB turntable that I've only been able to listen to while it's plugged into the mic/line-in on my PC. Now I think can use my MCS Series speakers with one of those little amps! *_YEE HAW!_* EDIT! I almost forgot aboutsix-discdisc changer Pioneer CD system! Ooh... 😏😏😏😏😏😏

Great video‼️ I picked one of these up for around 70 dollars super good turntable. I was wondering though does it need a phono pre amp? I’m running mine without one and it perfect

It does need a preamp but if your stereo has a phono input the preamp is in the stereo.
