A single concrete slab poured on an unprepared soil would settle unevenly. These bricks will become a tripping hazard after one season. You should've made an excavation below the frost line relevant to your country, pour a concrete slab, and only then do this kind of a brick floor. Looks nice though.

I wouldn't call that a good quality job, far from it. It's ugly and poorly built, It can only impress someone who knows nothing of tile, brick or concrete works.
