That was AMAZING! I love men’s choirs because of the low notes and this gave me just that, I think that is an awesome choir and I want to be able to sing low someday. I’m an alto in my women’s choir, but my teacher always has us go higher than we can go and it hurts. I kinda wish that they would let us go lower while the sopranos go higher.

Here's another one you can try and it is called "Black Socks" Black socks they never get dirty, the longer I wear them the stronger they get. Sometimes I think I should wash them, something inside me says don't wash them yet, no not yet.
On exercises like these you have to sing it at a pace that is not too slow and not to fast. The thing that is most important about this exercise is it teaches you to connect the words without breaking rhythm.
I don't think there is a score for this warm up. why don't you listen with pen and manuscript in hand and write it down. I would Imagine I could transcribe it in 10-20 minutes.
