Today we are in the "Emma" Pizzeria in the historic center of Rome near Campo de' Fiori, where you can enjoy a nice Roman pizza which is therefore the thin and crunchy pizza without a high crust.
I found a nice place with a wood oven and two good pizza makers who show us their passion and their creations. This Pizzeria with kitchen also has the merit of focusing heavily on organic products.
