I found a full bottle of the splash version in my late father's room when I visited the old house recently. Unfortunately, although I doubt if he used it at all (a gift maybe), the scent is almost all gone.

I legit don't care what you are reviewing anymore...I watch just to see the opening and what your dry sense of humor has come up with next. .If its a fragrance I care to learn about, it's just an added bonus....

I actually get a slight hint of cinnamon and carnation in the parfums mythique version. I love it, just wished it lasted a little longer. I get two hours. Hopefully it lasts longer in the summer... We' ll find out

I bought the same 70s bottle than yours and had the exact same problem. The lid came off and I lost around 1/3 of the perfume and managed to rescued it into another bottle. ☹️

I have a les parfums mythiques - monsieur de givenchy. The shape of bottle looks identical but box is different. My box has a Givenchy pattern (letters G) and red label on the bottle

LOL! Actually, there's a number of reformualtions/re-releases that I enjoy as much as the original (YSL La Collection M7 Oud or whatever they call it). Also, the YSL re-launch of Rive Gauche is quite good too. I have an older version of Monsieur de Givenchy, but certainly not an Original. It's really qutie nice and it reminds me a great deal of Chanel Pour Monsieur. I haven't tried the Mythiques version yet...but not a priority since I'm happy with what I currently have in my Scent Armory. Enjoyed.
