GREAT SCOTT! Back to the Future: The Musical bring out the hits | BGT 2022 

The musical was fantastic, the way they made the car look on stage doing 88mph was insane... the actors are all brilliant!!! Don't judge by this performance.

The musical is a real treat. It mixes 50s, 80s and futuristic themes really well and the actors are so well cast you are just drawn into the whole experience.

I’ve also seen the stage show and it is one of the best musicals I’ve seen. I didn’t think it would transfer well from film to the stage but this is so much better than the film! I’d be happy to see it again and again which is unusual for me. Go and see it yourself, you will be immersed in the journey.

Seem the show 13 times now, it’s the best thing have ever seen in the West end. It’s my fav film and did wonder would it work on stage but from the moment you enter the theatre the detail and effort that has gone in, the amazing cast. Musicians and effects are mind blowing. And Roger Bart is brilliant as Doc Brown. If you like the films you will love it 👍⚡️

Go see the musical…It’s brilliant. My all time favourite movie & I thought I’d hate the theatre version. It blew my mind. AWESOME.

Saw this musical for the third time last night, the night after they performed this! Roger Bart and olly dobson are just so perfect as these characters, I could watch them forever

Honestly, I know some people might have reservations after this live tv performance to want to go and see it live, but please don't decide off this performance alone. I'll admit that watching earlier tv performances didn't convince me either to see it. But I am SO glad I did, because live in the West End, it is such a fantastic, one of a kind show. The special effects, the performances (especially Hugh Coles as George Mcfly, the absolute spit of Crispin Glover in mannerisms and voice), the live score, the storytelling, it just brought back the magic of why I love the BTTF trilogy. It has had SO many good reviews, more than a lot of musicals that have come out in recent years. It has also won the Laurence Olivier Award for best new musical 2022, so the industry clearly recognises the quality. PLEASE go see it, you won't regret it :)

Best show I’ve seen in my 39 year old life. Saw it in London last month. It is truly mind blowing when you’re in that theatre. Fantastic music, great actors, and downright hilarious. The special effects on stage were incredible!

Know that you are good enough please don't give up when things get tough you are perfect just the way you are don't let anyone tell you different you are kind heart people you are intelligent human beings you are beautiful and very special you are loved and enough ❤

Can we just make a rule where people aren't allowed to clap DURING numbers unless asked to? It's very obvious that everyone's terrible out of time clapping was distracting Roger and that he couldn't hear the song very well. I get that their intentions were good but you don't want to distract the performer when they are probably already nervous about performing live to a few million more people than he's used to. Save the clapping for after the song!

“Hey Doc, who are the girls?” “I don’t know! They show up every time I start signing!” 😂😂😂

Woow!!! standing Ovation for this Act..taking us to time travel...I loved it...the Choreography!!the Musicals....ooh dear...those times in the world were Beautiful.

I saw this the other day & omg the set, costumes, songs are amazing. I loved the set & how they actually do the time travel in the show it's amazing BTTF is my fave movie too so I was a little sceptical about seeing it.

Please don't judge the musical by this performance. I think they definitely had sound issues as the backing track seemed so quiet and none existent in parts and I also felt like he was holding back in his performance which could have been due to having problems with his ear piece or something. The actual musical is brilliant and way better than what this shows.

It works is definitely my favorite song from this musical and the backup singers look like they are from the 80's

This musical is amazing. I'm hoping to go again soon. I feel like the context was lost a little bit. People who haven't seen it might miss the humour and personality of the doc!

Ive seen this in the West End , and its brilliant . Way way better than i thought it would be and im a huge back to the future fan . These charactors are great and if you add the way George Mcfly is played too he is in a class of his own . I enjoyed it so much i wish i could go back in time to experience it again . Btw the girl in silver is my fave 😉

Considering the sound in the theatre is absolutely amazing (the best sound in any West end show) - the sound quality on BGT was dreadful, you could barely hear the music and the vocals didn't transfer well at all. Whoever was inncharge of sound production that night needs to seriously look at their career.

I watched the musical for my birthday on the 15th if Feb with my grandad and this looks like the exact same with Strickland saying that martys music is bad and I said to my grandad "I feel like I'm watching the musical again"

I love Roger Bart and he looks great as Doc. I have to say, though, that Olly looks a little too old for Marty. He's not really convincing as a high school boy.

Gutted I didn't get to see this. Had tickets for Manchester and then it got cancelled due to COVID and it never came back up North and looks like it never will

Doc needs and lower register and pitch and wilder hair....He also should be doing this number with that mind reader gadget on his head at some point.

This really does look like the stereotype of adding music to something that doesn't originally have it and doesn't need it.

Even though I love this musical so badly I was so disappointed in this performance plus on how little they did show on Olly Dobsons talent plus only do one whole performance instead of 2 like moulin rouge was a disgrace plus only doing a whole song instead of a medley! DISGRACE

Musical was good, yes, but the BTTF scenes were awful. They need to brush up on their acting as it wasn't convincing.

He was an incredible Doc. Annoyingly he’s gone over to Broadway and the new Doc isn’t half as good. It really is an amazing show.

This is not an act, its a disaster and an old one at that.

That “Doc” was a completely different character and quite annoying.

Really good actors, but NO.

I think that was horrible. It was a glorified singing act, that tried to distract u with movie nostalgia. And the fact the judges were on it makes it even more ridiculous..And before u reveal how dumb or gullible u may be by telling me "you don't know what you're talking about ", or " the judges aren't in on it!" Oh they just happen to ALL, SIMULTANEOUSLY hit their buzzers, when Marty McFly started singing, and given the fact that he didn't sing Terribly enough to warrant all 4 buzzers at once, when they did. If anything, buzzers should've come when Doc started dancing and singing, with choreographed back up dancers. Again.....horrible

Another reason why "real"ity shows are just stupid, pointless and mostly fake. One show being promoted through another show.

I rather watch the movies.
