Full Script Here!!!>>>>>> Jenny, Screech and Violet She walked this street countless times. The graffiti on the walls, the lights in the windows, it was all a picturesque image in her head she knew bit by bit at this point. She counted the bricks the way she counted her steps, for a girl like Jenny, this street was more like hers than the flat she called home. There was a chill in the air, and with it, something more. Something she couldn’t quite define. Something sinister and foreboding, whispering in her ear something she couldn’t quite interpret. “Turn around Jenny. Choose a different route. Turn around, stupid girl.” But the words fell flat, quieter than the silence that filled the air. She walks under the streetlights and feels illuminated for a moment in time, feeling the presence of someone not there; someone who should be. Someone who isn’t. She hears the smashing of glass a few streets away, followed by the warning barks of a dog. She hears the shouts of neighbours warning trespassers to go. She sees nobody, and for the moment, she’s happy the sound is so far away from her. Jenny turns the corner, feeling a fraction of happiness for the minute amount of time she doesn’t see him. That moment, she doesn’t collect the image of the man standing outside of the light. She doesn’t pick up the image of someone just outside of her vision. It’s that moment that she thinks of when she chooses a spot on the ground to sleep tonight. “Gimme your fuckin’ money bitch.” he says beneath baited breath, “Don’t think twice about screaming, don’t you dare fuckin’ scream.” She doesn’t see the blade. She doesn’t see his eyes. “Hurry up now, I don’t have all night.” The response is in her head but her throat catches it before she can speak it. I have no money on me. She stands there silent and motionless, a shell of who she was a moment ago. She tries to see his face, to see the human standing before her. She sees a husk. She sees something in a black hoodie. She still doesn’t see the knife. “You think I got time for this, bitch?” She doesn’t see it. She feels warmth in her stomach. She doesn’t look down. The brain doesn’t register. Jenny doesn’t even have time to notice his arm swinging at her stomach over and over. Her mind keeps her safe as she goes weak. “You should’ve just listened.” The figure turns and runs before she even goes to her knees. Wishing she even had the strength to pray. It was there, under that streetlight. It’s here that Jenny chooses to sleep tonight. Her eyes grow heavy and her stomach gets wet. Jenny closes her eyes and chooses to sleep here, on the street she’s walked countless times before. Screech slams on his buddies door, only a street over from where he saw her. “Come on man, let me in. I think I fucked up. I’m not sure,” He shouts so loud he feels the blood in his throat. He hits the door over and over with such force he feels his knuckles pop and his skin tear, yet no one responds. No refuge for our villain, from the bitter hands of fate. No, something far more bitter surely does await. In the distance he hears the banshee-like scream of the sirens coming closer. He continues to knock, yet no one responds. From the street he just left, he hears a scream. One from someone he did not know. From someone who isn’t Jenny. It’s at that moment that the knife in his pocket feels heavier than obsidian. It feels like something alive. Something with purpose. Screech turns around and goes to the corner that connects the streets and pulls out his phone. He runs through his contacts, looking for anyone who might answer his call at this time of night. He sees his girlfriend's name. “Hey babe, you up?” “Hey baby, yeah what’re you up to?” “I’m just wondering if I can pop by. I miss you.” “It’s past midnight, have you been drinking?” “What? No.” “You’re high then.” “The fuck does that mean?” “Screech, go home. It’s too late to be dealing with this right n-” “Fuck you bitch. You fucking-” Dial tone. Silence. Screech is left in the sound of Jenny. The black of night is filled with the blue and red now. Only feet from him, he sees the cars. He can see the men step out of their vehicles and stand above Jenny. One kneels down and puts his hand to her neck. They look at her stomach, where Screech left Jenny silent. One of the officers looked up the road, directly at Screech. They start to walk towards him. The omnipresent power of justice looms over Screech, but he was never one to walk away from a fight. It was at this moment that his knife felt lighter and he held it in his palm once again as the man stepped beneath the streetlights, slowly approaching Screech. He could see the man’s blue eyes now, like the lights that blinded his eyes. He could see his hand on his holster, like the Screech’s on his knife. “Come on you fucking cunt!” The words left his mouth before they passed through his mind. “Let’s fucking go, I’m the ender of Jenny. You think that fuckin’ uniform you’re wearing means that you own these streets? These are my fuckin’ streets, and they call me fuckin’ Screech!” It was at this moment, as Screech approached the officer, that his friend Patrick’s house had lit up behind him. Far too late for Screech to realise or care. When officer James Richard took the call, he didn’t think he’d be in this moment. A woman in distress had called dispatch to report what she believed was a body. James and his partner took the call, they were only two blocks away. When they pulled up on this street, James was familiar with it already. He walked this street countless times before. It was instant that he saw Jenny and where she chose to sleep. James and his partner immediately checked her out, knowing far too soon that she would never wake up. Her stomach was far too red; Jenny was now long dead. It was only moments after that James saw the figure up ahead. He wanted to ask them questions, but thought to feel for his holster instead. It was good that he did so, as Screech was prepared. “Come at me you fuckin’ coward, see how well Jenny fared?!” He saw the glint of metal in Screech’s hand. James had no time to hesitate. He fired four shots into Screech’s chest. One made Screech’s legs get weak. The next made him cry. The third dropped him to his knees. The last one made him die. The story seemed to end, right where it would start. With Screech, and poor Jenny, lying only one street apart. An officer, left shaken. And two bodies were left broken. At a hospital not far from these streets, a woman lay in bed fighting for her life. Bloodstained sheets. The monitors make a rhythmic beat. Covered in sweat, running from a fate she wasn’t ready for. Dealing with the hand she was dealt. To know Violet’s tale, we must rewind the hands of time only just a little. Violet was a quiet girl. Her mother was loud and drunk. Her father was a prick, a bastard, nothing short of a fucking punk. Every night, he tucks her into bed, and the things he’d do… Her mother knew. She’d stay quiet, like her daughter Violet. And her father he’d have his way. But Violet, she’d stay silent, and her father he’d always say. “Violet, you stay quiet and I promise this will be quick.” For fuck sakes, my poor Violet, your father’s one awful prick. When Violet turned sixteen, she moved over and found her own place to stay. Lying to the government was what it took for her to get away. She worked odds and ends to make amends for the hand that she was dealt. Until she met Stephen, that other prick, who reminded her how it felt. Stephen tucked her in at night, and now he’d repeat her fathers words. The things Stephen would do…I’ll save you the trouble of hearing. Late one night, Stephen had his way and things took a violent turn. Punching into Violet's chest, he’d scream and holler and cry. “Say something Violet, quit being so silent.” But Violet held her tongue. “Say something you fucking cunt.” Until Violet had gone numb. “Violet?” The first thing the doctor noticed was Violet was nine months in. Then he saw the scarring and the bruises on her skin. “Please don’t let me lose this child.” She cried and begged and pleaded. Keeping her baby alive was all the Violet needed. `As her world went black, and Violet lost her fight, the doctor’s were sure of one thing and one thing only. Her two babies were healthy, and they’d live long lives. When asked what he wanted them to be named, the father took a moment before two names came to mind. “Jenny and Screech.”
