Sorry about what uve been through. I pray u never let any jerk or any situation steal your peace or throw u off the path the Lord has for u. and i pray u wont let hard times harden your heart and that u keep being a blessing to many. At least good to remember that hard times can always strengthen, teach, inspire and can give patience. Also, can glorify God thru comfort we get from others. im trying to deal with the loss of my mama granny and papa, all within 1 year and 6 days, all closest to me, passed. Helps is when u first wake up, pray and remind yourself of reason to be thankful, then compartmentalize your thoughts and dont let your mind go to certain things u cant do anything about or at least not at the moment, then, think of what u have to do and break it down into smallest steps and work it out in your mind first, helps to not get overwhelmed. and find time to joke, laugh, listen to good music and help others and be mindful of being positive. and of course trying to stay healthy, away from the food they crapify lol. In youtube, if u check the channel, 'alkaline meal ideas and more' that can be beneficial, too. U can get all of Dr, Sebi's health info in amazon, the whole encyclopedia of it and individual books and much is in youtube. Crap like caramel color, fake sweeteners, GMO food, dairy with RBST, and so many chemicals, preservatives are some things that are very bad. Minerals like magnesium and iron are really important, and potassium, selenium, and theres other good stuff like sea moss, cage free eggs, organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, and much more. Check lists of minerals and superfoods, but the organic kinds of all of these. i hope u check into more of that if u want. and i hope that helps u. Take care. God bless.
