When posting messages to seniors, it would be helpful if you slow down the speed of your messages and turn down the music. Music is a distraction from the five- line messages running off the screen.

The tips in this video are great! Travelling is such a treat for people our age as it makes moving around more enjoyable. We really need to stay active to boost our immune system and health in general, and it could be done by simply walking everyday. Travelling also gives us the opportunity to create more memories with the people we love. Thanks to our Reviving Mind Coaches for helping us to stay healthy, which allowed us to go on adventures like this more.
