Lenkgee is more 7-800 b ( bigger and better , old rooms from the 80's but were made of top notch wood/ marble ) . KJS house, Chaiyapoon Apartments , are around 500b on Pothole .
@@Paul-di9or The cheapest room I've ever been in was 1k, but that was mattress wide and sharing the mattress. Solo 2k, but most westerners can't live like that. 3.5k becomes doable and plenty of 5ks are doable long term. If cost is the only factor there are cheaper places in asia.
@@stoopsolo1479 most owners prefer cash payments through the agency you booked the viewing with or the juristic office inside the complex. But, of course they also accept international or Thai bank transfer. As for PayPal, here in Thailand that payment option barely exists
@@roberthornbrook8374 8,500 would be fair imo. The room is well furnished and in a great location close to Pratamnak and Jomtien, it’s just a shame about the construction work nearby that’s looks like it’s going to last at least 10 more months
