Great wind interval with top landing. 

Now I’m not sure if I’m too drunk or if this comment is too sarcastic or what 😅 All the way - this wing is Axis Pluto 4 in size M and I’m approximately on the top of the recommended weight - 100kgs.

My mom died left me a little bit of money and I'm on disability I always wanted to try this sport and the only thing I could afford was 5,000 bucks for a wing and a harness and the school to pull me up in the air. I'm right at the top edge of the weight limit for the epsilon 9 and I'm trying to figure out as much as I can from studying other people's videos and watching them over and over because I'm poor and I don't really have much. The first time I watched somebody's video I like to get really psyched up and pretend I'm going on this flight I'm the pilot. Everybody says you have to cross your legs for stability and this and that and the other thing and I think that the way you sit with your legs open creates a little more parasitic drag and tips the way down for stability and is a wonderful thing. Every time you flew down wind I was bouncing up and down in my chair I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Every time you turned around and came back up wind it was like a rock being picked up off of me. I'm trying to develop instincts about flying the wing while I'm still doing ground handling.of engineering college and I volunteered to design cable barricades for traffic safety. I'm not squeamish and I'm looking for the answer to these crash videos I see where people have a tip collapse or other things and they go into a very short spiral spin steering a curved thing and they don't have enough control authority to get out before they reach the ground. When you fly straight it doesn't matter where you are on the weight range it flies faster at trim speed and roughly the same angle. When you turn with an overloaded aircraft you have more forces that increase with the square of the velocity, and with the bank angle at the same time. The velocity is driving the bank angle up as well. As the radius of the turn decreases you have the equivalent of a stall and spin point in powered aircraft. I have looked at your style of flying with the two feet apart and watch the video of bushel of times and I think it's cool as hell I think it's more stable than a single point. Where I live we say a guy that drives a motorcycle real hard has a shoebox full of balls.

haha dont worry, I still fly paraglide not even one year… confidence comes with time / practice. I also really like to watch crash videos, because 99% of them are not deadly and are caused by pilots mistake…. I watch it and trying to figure out what pilot did wrong and why it happened…. then I feel safer - because I can tell myself, that if I dont do this mistake, I will be probably safe 😬😁

Nám se to od západu stáčelo i ve čtvrtek, včera to dokonce chvílemi foukalo i jihozápadně 🤷🏻‍♂️ Už jsem pojal podezření, jestli to není nějaká vlastnost toho údolí Valchova, ale spíš jsme měli smůlu. Každopádně já se tam konečně dostal nad start, nad les atd., takže já byl spokojenej… 😁 délka letu bude pro mě až další meta. 🪂
