Everyone commenting is so young it makes me sad that im 26 and re-learning this. Im going through college again, and to do quadratic expressions by factoring, one method is to find the GCF. I totally forgot how to find the gcf so here i am. I was pulling my hair out about to give up till i came across this video. Thank you veryu much for this explanation. I feel very dumb when it comes to math.

You, and pretty much every kid, have forgot about this, because schools fail to give kids more practice on a lesson. In order to remember it, you need enough practice. Doing a couple of worksheets, and passing a test, to me, is not getting enough practice.

I'm re clearing my brain after a wild fire injury and ,thats about what happened to me also. I would have gotten 100% on my fractions- + ÷x 🪡 exam if I had probably understood what hcf and LCM were. I suppose. Dan school is another day my brain chose to burn
