This is part of what makes Smash amazing. A combo in this game doesn’t have to be an uninterrupted/linear chain of attacks, and that plus the platformy movement options allow for more freedom and spontaneity!

Personally i think it would be a good idea to include combos that don’t directly result in a kill, I’ve seen so many even just 40% combos that completely blow my mind. Personally the fact that a combo results in a kill doesn’t make it any more hype to me than any other combo, also as a bonus it could make it easier for you to find clips
