There are many diseases out there but perhaps one that we don't often discuss is... Regret!
Regret is the thoughts and the consequential beliefs and actions created by the things that we wished we had done... but did not do. For some, regret can hinder our life decisions and actions. And we aren't careful, our understanding of our past can destroy our future. Learn to release the past... you didn't do it or in some case, you did do it... take charge of your actions or lack there of and strive to move into your destiny.
