Whenever I think about Jyestha, it always reminds me of Zeus (lord/patriarch over his family, sexual escapades/vigor, unquestionable authority). Zeus and Indra are also considered counterparts.

So I watched your guys’ video 3 times (and yes I have Jyestha energy). So bring on the Bollywood movies is what I say. There’s one example. Absolutely incredible video though guys, as always, I can’t emphasize that enough. I did want to try to give you some feedback though because of how much work you guys put in for not just yourselves but all of us. Also I love this nakshatra, not just cuz I have it. Crucial points that really stuck out: that Jyestha neutralizes unconscious behavior. The portion of Indrias again Dr Pai Ji mentioned just makes this all very clear to any student. “Slaying desires.” Amrit being like Red Bull. The difference between Agni and Indra (brute force, Agni is the fire of Indra. Vishaka is Venus Jupiter and Jyestha is Mercury Mars). Indra wants a reset. Psychological wwarefare. Bestower of discord. Any information on Alakshmi. “The maturing process of Jyestha is an uncomfortable refinement. Beliefs dissolve.” Emphasis on rebellion and self reliance. Noncompliance. The Shukracharya connection. Extreme indulgence -> restlessness -> renunciation due to reaching the pinacle of experience. Psychological domination, not just brute force. Shaking the foundation. Reversal of purity and ritual magic. Egoism that results in humility. Crossing the borders. Has ability to have the almighty work through them but using objects and other things too because impatient (“protective objects”). They’re thrown off and intimidated by people who have bigger auras than them. The chilies and lemons. Ridding oneself of fear (6th and 8th house association). Basketball players with Jyestha (earings). The Heart of the Centipede. Secretive about their wealth. Illicit affairs. A desire to conquer land and real estate. I love billiards and I used to run drills in college of taking the same shots over and over and over again (in regards to ability honing) for 6 hours at a time. My friends know me as someone who does really boring repetative tasks again and again, even though I’m trying to improve the skill. For instance, I really sucked at listening, so I started to listen to lectures during college when I was a window washer, and then I became good at learning from RU-vid videos. I’m so glad you guys are back and it and that KRS is part of the mix again! Amazed to watch this video as my ex has Jyestha as his ascendant nakshatra. All the things you said relate strongly he is into psychological warfare, Hero is part of his business name, he is elder in his family tho not the eldest, he is kingly, super secretive, wants to go into military, he first bought a huge 4wd car, he is sexually very seductive to women, intense and manipulative tho, he even has a fascination with Bruce Lee, watches and throwing his socks after a few uses! I also feel we have karmic connection and have endured with that, I have Satabisha as my naksahtra which is apprently a karmic connection with Jyestha. Wow I finished watching (listening) the whole 3 hours while cleaning the house. There is a lot of chemistry in this group and man, can I be part of the inside jokes too? 😂 Moon in Jyestha in 4th house here, a lot doesnt seem true to me - for example a fascination towards watch (not fascinated at all but probably thats because I know I will never own a Patek Phillipe in this lifetime 😂) or accumulating hidden wealth (I mean, I flaunt whatever (little) I have baby 😂) but probably its because my Jyestha moon conjuncts its lord Mars in Anuradha, you know the Saturnian energy to taper off all the fun things in life. Thanks too all gurujis for this brilliant video. Thank you Kapiel (you definitely have prominent planets in Jyestha, that smirk said it all) and special thanks to our beautiful Eve - the goddess of astrology.

On a side note, one thought I that might be fun in the future (kind of like what you guys did with Anurada/Mitra and Varuna) would be maybe to compare this nakshatra to nakshatra that are similar? I know you guys do that mythologically a lot, but I mean in terms of the overall energy. Doing that I think would help myself and other students out too. Because to me personally at least when I think of Jyestha, the Ardra nakshatra comes to my mind. I don’t know why but the two energies overall to me seem similar. I can’t think of another nakshatra off hand that is as similar to those two (although yes of course they're different), but it might be interesting to see what you guys come up with! I really enjoyed the Rohini being opposite to Jyestha thing, that’s what got this idea going. Thank you for reading anybody who did! :)

I just saw this video, and it seemed like I was sitting with a group of friends exchanging so much knowledge and wisdom. They are laughing because Hasta is 11th from Jyeshtha. They are higher network circles coming together to discuss higher philosophies and higher wisdom, so activated their 11th and hence can’t stop laughing. Hasta is related to relaxation, laughing, comedy, magic.

We have to show gratitude for our great rishisis & culture. It's amazing how our cultural stories are represented & play in nakshatras. But I have the worst experience with so called best friend ( jyeshtha nakshata) . All traits were present in her in worst possible way. I am glad that I came to learn about astrology & nakshatras Here are some of my experience If this nakshatra is badly afflicted - They become the most insecure people who will try to steal all your identity without you even knowing. Extreme manipulators. All types of addictions. Only make friends with those people who they can use. Have a extremely big ego that no one is near to them, they can overpowers all the great athletes and politicians in world if they work atleast one month ( someone actually considered messi nothing infront of them after selecting a local football match in their school) Only good thing was they are good and obsessive about army & police line &can do well. They don't need friends, they will need fans Their is nothing mutual in friendship it's always one sided Wherever you go with them people naturally feel bad vibes from them & most people who actually know nothing about them advice you to stay away from them. They will steal your all hobbies & passion if you are closure to them and later show you, you are nothing, you don't know anything. Most emotionally unstable people like a baby. Never appreciate you for your achievements. All people who are closure to them after sometimes feels worthless, depressed, unproductive. They don't value their or anyone time and don't follow any rules, they will actually laugh at all this. Very insensitive Have no spiritual realisation. And much more things. My Jyestha 6th house moon opposes my 12th house mars ..I also have my Sun in the 8th.....I was born with crazy fears and phobias from my earliest memories....Im buying chilie & lemon & amulets & earrings today! Haha! The irony of my early fears, especially my fears of fire, came to pass. My brother's house burned down'91'; my father died in a fire '97'; my mother's house burned down in 2010; my same brother, surrounded by fire, had 10 min. to evacuate his home from a forest fire in 2015. Luckily his home was saved this time but the fire burned through his back yard; another brother and one of my sons experienced serious burns to their hands on 2 separate incidents. Even in geneological research, I've found ancestors that died in fires. Craziness!!! Those are just to name a few. Life has been a test but my integrity remains in tact!

Yoo that's crazy, 2:25:00 when Dr Pai started talking about Indra talking to Varuna, that played out in my life. And is probably going to keep playing out in my life, my two younger brothers have strong jyestha and mula. My youngest one is the true Indra though, my middle one had rahu in scorpio around jyestha, he had many problems. but yes this mythology story is very true then!

I have seen some Jyeshta traits that resemble a childlike naivete, seen in the child who does not realize the value of all life that who will take the wings off of a grasshopper or stomp on ants like godzilla, etc. Jyeshta can be cruelest when it is naive. I have Jyeshta Venus and the sun on the gandanta, chitra ascendant, and uttara ashada moon, Saturn retro conj Regulus. Think I came to be annihilated in this life, or al least for my ego to be dismantled. Mars and Saturn were in Scorpio here on 9th March 2016 in the 6th house. Mass shooting event.
