How do you have positive success with the development lab? It always seems to just tank my players (overall/potential). Is there something I am missing?

I'm not totally confident with the lab yet since it's so new, but here's my general approach for the players I pick: younger players in MLB or solid prospects who are AA or above. Target a skill the player does not have maxed our potential in. So, if a player has 40 overall/60 potential power, I'd put them in to work on power (I think that's generate batspeed). I might also consider favoring guys who have high work ethic/intelligence, but that's more of a tiebreaker than a determining factor. Hope this helps!
