That probably wouldn't work, the up-air for captain falcon is actually pretty fast, I believe. I looks a lot easier than it probably looks (I hope). Remember, these are semi-pro players who are spending ridiculous amounts of time studying this game, so I believe he realized it was pretty much hopeless and just tried to side b drag down just to end the game quicker. (Or something of the sort)

I hate him even more now. Fucker just floats away and still somehow gets super armor on his second jump. I don't want to get into how his landing lag on most of his aerials got reduced as well.
The only thing I dislike is how some of these zero to deaths are literally going from zero % to death over a period of time. It wasn’t even a combo. That’s what you call a normal kill.

The first clip is the sole reason I hate Luigi. It’s literally the same concept as pre patch bayo. It’s the same combo(s) every single time and there’s nothing you can do about it. Did you get grabbed at 0-15%? That’s your stock. Elegant is a great player but I still think that luigi is lame.
I hope they patch out every combo that can do stuff like this. Personally I have trouble pulling it off, but just the first part is a fine combo to use.
Alot of characters has stupid ass combos, look at mario in Sm4sh, one down throw to like 4 uptilts then an upair and then a foward air, there goes your stock. Captain Falcon Fthrow to a few up airs and then a knee, there goes your stock
4:22 *elegant does same Luigi combo as from smash 4* “someone clip that please.” Oh, you mean the only combo you do with Luigi that is utterly brain dead? Sure.
Stratosphere yeah I agree I was liking a lot of the smash ultimate combos until I saw the Luigi combo.. Edit: don’t get me wrong I don’t want to see nerfs as a general rule, because I’d rather everyone have a sick combo game then no one have any combos other than down throw up air. But when a combo is so simple and guarantees a death it’s lame
Eh, I mean it's simple but you do have to read their DI as well as hit them with the awkward spike hitbox. I'm not disagreeing that it's really simple of a combo and isn't too hype, but it's more difficult than it looks (but I'm not saying it's a hard combo, the execution just isn't "brain dead" level)
@@Remiyia well ive always reacted to DI, and dont really feel a diference from "reading" but still, it think that combo is a thing of DI and the other chars size i dont like the combo and luigi at all tho
it seems like Ultimate looks like it allows for more free form movement similar to Melee and PM, less laggy aerials, for room for custom combos, faster movement for everyone, etc. This game is looking out to be pretty.. Ultimate
This game is spamming the same move over and over , I don’t even play the game and it looks like spamming is the only way to win , there’s no dodges 😂, brawlhalla is way better
