Plus the foreign powers will sadly prbably never give to a generaly small power, such as greece, a place with such military and strategic importance. The same thing happened after WW1. They made Constantinople an international zone ( basically controlled by the brits ). And even if greece got the City, what you said would happen
as a turk i hope war never happenes because it's horrible and bad for both sides and i hope greece and turkey can become friendly neighbors in the future
@@nobody705 I hope a war between us and our neighbors doesn't happen too. I personally love Turks and want to visit Turkey, Pontus mostly or even Smyrna (Sorry for not calling it Izmir, I just can't). I just don't like your government and for centuries we have been against each other as nations. I hope that peace is achieved in this region some day...
Πολύ ωραίο βίντεο. Ωστόσο δεν συμφωνώ 100%. Η εύκολη παράδοση της Τουρκίας είναι δύσκολο εγχείρημα, σχεδόν αδύναντον θα έλεγα και θα απαιτούσε πολλή προσπάθεια. Καλή ωστόσο η όλη παρουσίαση με αρκετά σωστά και μελετημένα στοιχεία.

Κι εγω πιστεύω ότι όταν επιτέλους χάσει η Τουρκία σε πόλεμο και γυρίσουμε στα παλιά μας εδάφη (εγώ προσωπικά πιστεύω ότι θα γίνει, και μάλιστα σύντομα) δεν θα είναι έτσι όπως το παρουσίασα σε αυτό το βίντεο. It's great that the Greeks are making alternative history and maps, it's very interesting. Greece, which has a population smaller than one of our cities, is invading us. It's interesting that they're doing things they could never do in reality.

@@Kritopontios Because we act realistically. We are not Macedonia or Albania, you cannot fight with us and take land from us. We Turks are annoyed by this. We are the most powerful state in the Balkans, the Caucasus and the Middle East. We are the second largest land army of NATO. IT WOULD BE LOGICAL IF THERE WAS AN ALTERNATIVE HISTORY
@@AnthemBoy-bt7zz Yelp you might have some good points, but you're somewhat exaggerating. Although Greece has a small population and a small army it has naval and air superiority. Turkey has a big army incapable of invading the mountainous narrow areas of Greece which makes it difficult for them to conquer them as seen in the video. Although Turkey has a great diplomatic agenda its alliances doesn't seem to contribute much to a potential war. As you said, the video is not 100% accurate and i strongly disagree with it at certain parts eventhough i'm greek. Also minor detail: Turkey's geographic placement into the balkan area is debated.
What about the UN doesn't have international zone and greece have eastern thrace the whole minor asia and Constantinople. And Antioch is taken by Syria
@@LoveSkating0 Right now NATO is fighting against Russia, not only Ukraine. And also in this scenario that I made, I took in mind the defense pact between France and Greece, the Turko-Lybian memorandum, the Greco-Egyptian responce to the memorandum, Greco-Serbian brotherhood, Turko-Azeri brotherhood, una fazza - una razza, and the fact that Greece is in the EU. All are calculated.

@@Kritopontios indeed, i wanted Constantinople but that is pretty unrealistic, mabye Greece could get it if in the treaty said it would become Greek after more Greeks come in and turks go back to turkey or something like that
