I'm not about to let anybody cheat me out of my money, not even like this.

It's disgusting the lengths people go to for greed.

It's a bit shocking to see that the guy who works for the landlord is actually an undercover FBI agent posing as a plumber. Glad he showed up and showed the landlord who's boss.

I am a landlord myself and I have one simple rule- you look after my property and I'll look after you. I don't believe in ripping people off.

This story needs a part two with the now former landlord released from prison broke and homeless with nowhere to go leaving him no choice but to go on welfare and crash at a shelter

Well at least the landlord was honest up front some give fake promises and then when it's time to pay up they'll give additional fees to the rent and then she would be stuck with the problem

The tenant needed the money to open her bakery, the Landlord was too greedy and didn't think it necessary to let her keep her share?? OOh, this is Ebenezer Scrooge -level greedy and stingy, he had the price raked up more!!! He could have given a discount, but with his ego, he would bleed every tenant dry!!! He will be fired from his job by HR, this is beyond resolution and apologies now!!! How it will end is anyone's guess at this rate!!!!Ow!!!!

As satisfying as the karma is in this video, the plot is unrealistic to the point of being laughable. The three most glaring errors are that no governmental department has the authority to simply "revoke a landlord's ownership stake in his property" (this phrase nothing but legalesque babble) on the say-so of one of its agents, revealing a sting operation as portrayed here would compromise any investigation, and since running a food preparation business out of one's home is technically illegal in most urban jurisdictions, the last thing that someone who investigates rental property crime would do is direct a prospective tenant to another building where the landlord would be OK with such an enterprise. Your script writer really should make some contacts at his nearest police station and learn what the process is for bringing legal action against a problem landlord. In real-life, it's protracted, frustrating, undramatic and often not particularly satisfying, but by learning about it, your writer would be able to come up with a script that doesn't make it look like he slept through civics class or attended schools where none were offered.

Big mistake telling ppl how much you have.

Please Supermission - if you read the comments, cut the music! No matter how good the story is the music is over rated and shouldn't be in the scene. Has anyone ever gone to look at a rental and had music playing in the background as the landlord discusses the deal? I don't think so. Keep the scene real please.
