I appreciate Jessica's philosophy/ value presentation. I find it passionate, innovative and enlightening for those who do not think along these lines or have the same value interest. I gather Jessica is already an employee of the company. If this were a job interview a professional dressing presentation is preferable.

I don't appreciate Becky's attitude towards Jessica. I'm not against making money, I fail to see how shaming other people because of how they look and think.

Jessica and Becky were preparing to pitch their ideas for the company but Becky was belittling her rival on her clothes and wanting to double the income and making herself famous without a care for children's clothes!! Her ego is intoxicating, Jessica has authenticity and helping others besides making profits!! Mr Thomas will definitely choose Jessica and her ideas over Becky's money-minded attitude, he can relate with her!! Becky is heading for the sack soon, she will not get the job!! I knew it and I knew it In the last episode he was the bad guy and she was the good guy. I had a feeling that their roles will switch where he will play the good guy and she'll play the bad guy. I bet you in the next episode the other actress will play the villain while these 2 will be the good guys.

I appreciate the message that this video is trying to convey, but the delivery is clumsy because the scriptwriter appears to have been clueless about the scenario used. First off, I get the impression that this script was at least partially recycled from a similar script based on a job interview (which has been used ad nauseum), because the two company founder characters not only have very different appearances, but also express two entirely different visions for their company. In fact, they act like they're representing two entirely different companies. Before making a pitch to a prospective investor, company founders would normally make sure they're on the same page. Second, it's entirely unclear what sort of pitch this is supposed to be, because one would prepare very different proposals depending on whether it's for a venture capital firm, a silent partner individual investor, an acquisition, a partnership with another company, or a deal to get products into a store chain. Third, the prospective investor asked completely different questions of the two founders, and neither set of questions seemed particularly appropriate for any of the aforementioned kinds of business deals. The founders' answers weren't appropriate to a business proposal, either. Fourth, in the real world, "dress for success" is a thing. One doesn't have to go all-out designer like the Becky character, because unless the proposal is for women's fashion, nobody is looking that closely at what you're wearing. However, going all-out casual for such a proposal, no matter the story behind it, is unlikely to make the desired impression on the interviewer - not because it looks cheap, but because it demonstrates a lack of seriousness. There is a happy medium: dress in conservative business attire and make your pitch about your product, not your clothes.
