I have loved your channel for years but especially recently. My middle son was acting out and we started watching your videos together and making many of your meals together. He looks forward to being in the kitchen. It has given him a creative outlet and changed him in a great way! Thank you!
To me, Greek chicken is the best tasting chicken ever. It has a distinctive remarkable flavor that’s hard to describe. But I never learned how to make it. Can’t wait to try this recipe and see how it comes out.
I would like to see Laura make "Mofongo", a Caribbean dish made with Plantains, salt pork, garlic and olive oil. I'm sure she would find a clever and easy way to make it. It's delicious!!
Laura, I don’t make a comment often. But I wanted to tell you, I only use your recipes ❤️ and honestly you have saved me from myself!! I was always intimidated in the kitchen. My husband has been giving me so many compliments 😉 you are my secret weapon!! Whenever my 5 and 6 year old daughters hear me watching your videos, as soon as I start it I hear them say “hi guys it’s Laura Vitale!”
I recently started making grilled chicken salads for my husband’s lunch for health reasons, and have been experimenting with different marinades and dry rubs. I’m really looking forward to trying this recipe. 👍
My daughter-in-law made this last summer, and I NEVER forgot how moist and tender the chicken thighs were! Just yesterday I finally asked her how she did it (a year later). Laura is right, this is a total winner!
I made this and it was absolutely delicious. This recipe was a nice change and worked well with my keto diet. Laura you are so sweet...a tell it like it is kind of woman but in a mannerly way...I love it. And let me tell you everyone of your recipes that I have made so far were PERFECTION. Thanks Laura your the greatest❤❤❤❤❤

Laura, I actually made this tonight. I had everything at home. I "grilled " it on my grill pan on the stove. It was tender, juicy and very flavorful! Thank you.
I love Greek food and I love cooking Greek food for my family I can't eat most Greek recipes because I don't eat meat but I miss it sooooo much ,I grew up going to Greece 1-2 a year to visit friends or holiday .
I don't know if I'd call this a great "Pantry Raid" recipe, because it does require a certain amount of fresh produce to shine the way Laura serves it. I don't have heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers in my house every day. The marinade, however, looks delicious, and uses pantry staples, and I DO usually have fresh garlic and onion. This is a great reason to buy frozen, individually vacuum packed Chicken Breasts. You get them at the "membership warehouse" type of store, and they thaw on the countertop in a few hours and then you can use them like fresh. (You can thaw them under a drizzle of running water in like, fifteen minutes) I know a lot of people don't dig frozen proteins, but a bag of those chicken breasts and this recipe could save your life when your in-laws drop by.
@@lizsanchez1847 Tzatziki it's easy :) Just remember a trick, after you slice the cucumber, put it on a piece of fabric and spin it up to squeeze ALL the waters of the cucumber out. This is the "secret" to not get a watery Tzatziki, No1 reason for failure to most of the people. Squeeze all the water out of the cucumber. Greetings from Greece 🙂
