Probably one of my favorite dishes , sometimes we serve it over rice. Great with some steak on the side, surf and turf. You are making me hungry !! I struggle coming up with new warm weather ideas even though I love to cook. Burgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad & grilled chicken are great this time of year but get boring pretty quick. I made your yummy pizza all the time from years ago. When my kids grew up, they just used the refrigerated dough to make their own pizza everytime they want it (all the time.) But I WANT TO CONFESS i used the bread maker instead of the mixer.
"Orzo" is a type of pasta that is too small. Here in Italy, no one makes Caprese pasta salad with pasta-orzo. With pasta-orzo (which we call “Pastina”) we make pasta in broth. For Caprese pasta salad you could also use “Farfalle”.
