It is. Very important. And the quality of products also aside of the rest of the cuisine. Yet, as the video also shows, even when Greek cuisine is known as one of the absolute best cuisines in the world, much of it is still shrouded in myth to most. It's like still missing out on thousands of dishes, that one day will only project Greece upwards. It's like how every year a new place or island of Greece is all of a sudden the "new paradise" that noone knows about. And yet. It has always been there. To me. To you. To everyone. Just not to the knowledge of the masses. This is because Greece is a paradise, but it's filled with people who have 1/10th of the money oriented mindset like Italians, Spanish, French to make money with everything. their cuisines has had 50 years worth of 1000ths of magazines, videos, tv shows and other advertisement. while Greek cuisine has always been mouth to mouth, especially in recent years it has caught on. Unlike the other cuisines that have maxed out their advertisement, Greek cuisine is far from even taking it's gloves off.
Greek food is better than Italian food. They are very distincly different. But both wonderful. Greek cuisine has had way less advertisement than French, Italian and Spanish cuisine. But Greke cuisine has already obliterated Spanish and French cuisine in recent years in all major cuisine rankings like Taste atlas 2022, 2023, 2024, and fighting for nr1 spot with Italy. And these rankings are still partly biased by popularity. But Greece's culinary paradise has only been shared orally by stories, and compared to these other cuisines Greek cuisine will still take aware more share of the other when more of the cuisine is known to the world. Greek cuisine is still FAR more unknown to visitors than any of the other cuisines.
The culture you put in the cheese determines what type of cheese it is, not the rest of it!! Thats why you age cheese to allow the culture to work! Mr.Todd
