INGREDIENTS :
चना उबालने के लिए:
300 ग्राम ताजा हरा चना
250-300 मिली पानी
1 चम्मच चीनी
1 चम्मच नमक
हरी चटनी के लिए:
1/4 कप पुदीने के पत्ते
1/कप हरा धनिया
1 इंच अदरक
2 नग हरी मिर्च
बर्फ़ के छोटे टुकड़े
थोड़ा पानी
चना चाट के लिए:
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
2 बड़े चम्मच बारीक कटा हरा लहसुन (सफेद भाग)
1 नग बारीक कटा प्याज
1nos बीज रहित बारीक कटा हुआ टमाटर
2 बड़े चम्मच मोटे तौर पर कटी हुई नमकीन मूंगफली
1 टी स्पून चाट मसाला
1/2 छोटा चम्मच भुना जीरा पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच सेंधा नमक
नमक स्वादअनुसार
2-3 टेबल स्पून बारीक कटा हरा लहसुन (हरा भाग)
1/4 नींबू
