Rock bands deserve so more credit than what they are given for award shows like these. (Especially Green Day)

People hating on the guy for no reason. He has to go through literally all the artists he can catch and, since it's a carpet, potentially talk mostly about their looks. The fact that he brought up the tour and acknowledged them in an era where rock is not even the 4th most popular genre is appreciated. I agree he was a little over the top, bit literally no reason to hate on someone who is not there for Green Day.

Just when you think they’re starting to show signs of aging, they come out looking not quite exactly like they did at age 30, but like if they had twin brothers and this is what they would look like at 30. Im 31 and I look older than all 3 of these legends. Greatest band of all time. They can take a shitty interview and own it. And Tre is a highly underrated drummer. Sometimes I listen to them and just focus on how amazing and energetic the drums are. His style is one of a kind. This coming from an auto technician who cant play a single instrument, but all the bands Ive heard, Tre’s drumming always stands out, fun to listen to, and is a huge ingredient of the songs. My opinion anyways.
