For some, reason I like Mike Dirnt singing in the back. The harmonies are always good.

Those harmonies are incredible.

Mike is doing the backup, i know Mike's voice when i hear it..

Dude. There is no way you could tell if Billie or Mike are doing the back-ups. It's most likely Mike doing the back-ups. There IS an extra back-up part added in for the chorus, yes, but it only makes more sense for Mike to be doing it, rather than Billie. The voices are different, so it's obviously not Billie.

Those notes that Mike Dirnt is singing remind me of a Dead Kennedys style guitar riff

Basically a note is sung and hold, then someone else sings a different note and holds it at the same time and so on so it works like a broken chord :) So I guess Billie or Mike just did several different takes with different notes ha

You can tell there's a Billie Joe double track on there from the harmonics. Even the most accurate singer, can't sing the same thing 100% the same every time. There IS a Mike Dirnt vocal over the top (as mentioned in original post), but there is most definitely a Billie Joe double track on there - if you listen for the very slight harmonic "wobbles" you can hear. If you want to to test it yourself - get a copy of audacity, and sing the same thing, twice, on different tracks.

you can tell the vocals are being done by mike... from the live video from ‘94. and also if you have a good ear i guess😂

Live he does the backup. This is overdubbed, and those are mainly Billie Joes vocals laid over the top of each other.... there is a Mike Dirnt vocal in there though - just keeps it sounding a little less clinical. It's a fairly common recording technique - you should really listen before calling people idiots.
