This is NOT true! I have a 3 year old kid who loves to drink pure, freshly blended celery juice (no sugar at all). My kid also loves steamed broccoli (no salt, no dippings). And I coukd name alot more of fresh fruits and vegetables that my 3 year-old likes. Parents need to train their kids' tongue while young.
Put some cooked tumeric in there as well....boost the immunity!!! De-seed the apples first because apples seeds contain some amounts of cyanide! Also that mulch which is left.....pop it in the freezer in small bags or tubs and use to your next meals such as soups, stews, casseroles, stuffed peppers, cannelloni filling, add to mincemeat etc etc.

Add a clove of garlic and a piece of ginger...and a teaspoon of black seed oil by Amazing herbs. Green Juice 3-5 times a day. Just greens and fruits is good, but one glass a day is not enough...eliminate all sugars and carbs.

Yum. I'm a healthy eater then I had a bf who eats alot of junk and that corrupted my eating habits. Glad we've broken up. I am now back to my healthy eating style thank goodness.
