Just made this tonight and it was so good!! Used poblano peppers and just 1 serrano and it had just enough heat. Husband loved it, definitely a keeper! Several are saying that adding oil to the spaghetti water would make the sauce not stick but I didn't have that problem at all.

Its crazy how people make things different, i make my green spaghetti with poblano peppers, garlic, media crema, onion, and butter and i can literally eat a whole box by myself 😂 but I'm super excited to try this recipe! Looks delicious 🤤

I watched your heart touching video of the early days of your pregnancy at such an early age. I too was young because at 18, in the early 70s and strong catholic parents was the most difficult time of my life. But for the decision I made, I delivered a beautiful son now 49. wow, this looks really delicious! 8i lived in new mexico for many years and now live in Missouri. and it is impossible to find green Chile here, sometimes you can find the peppers in the store, but they don't have any heat. anyway. I whant to thank you for sharing these recipes, I am always looking for new Mexican food to try!

This is excellent, my kids love dishes with grilled chicken & noodles but 2 of my kids hate spaghetti because of the tomato sause so I'm SURE this will be a hit with all 3 of them!!! Oh btw i made your recipe for the posole verde with chicken for dinner today & they absolutely loved it😁❤❤❤

Well , Claudia, every time you come up in my RU-vid feed, I just automatically give you a thumbs up as soon as the video starts. I grew up in a restaurant and went to culinary school and I really like your cooking, I’m retired and if I lived next door to you and your family, I’d mow your lawn and shovel the snow,if you have the misfortune to live where it snows, for the leftovers from your cooking videos. I’m always thinking when I watch your videos, oh they only carry jalapeños and cilantro at the store here and some canned stuff , how I can adapt, with what I have without driving 80 miles to a store that has the items you use , I have hatch roasted chilies mild ,medium and hot in the freezer in one lbs bags , and I have small cans of chipotle peppers, so what do I do for the Mexican sour cream or the cheese in this recipe? So if you have a day where your wondering what am going do for a video this week, you could try kitchen substitutions , I get Hatch chilies once a year frozen shipped to my front door, tamales from Texas, because there’s just me and I don’t have a bunch of people that will come over at Christmas and make tamales, I love your channel, I give this recipe 5 thumbs up and 10 hearts and a bunch of smiley faces,but that for every recipe you post.
I make mine a little different and we always make it a side to steaks! But your recipe looks good! This was one of the first hispanic recipes I learned how to make because my husband does most of the cooking since I work more.

Looks delish I add sour cream and Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese instead of milk and cream cheese but I need to try the cream cheese I grill the chicken and put it on the side
