Hello everyone and welcome to our RU-vid channel! Today, we're excited to share with you that we have just finished cutting two beautiful green tourmaline gems from South Africa, one weighing 11.05 carats and the other 16.70 carats. However, upon further inspection, we have noticed that one of the gems has an inclusion inside.
An inclusion is a natural imperfection that occurs within a gemstone during its formation. These imperfections can range from tiny bubbles to cracks and even small mineral inclusions. While inclusions can affect the overall clarity of a gemstone, they can also give the gem a unique character and make it more interesting to look at.
In the case of our green tourmaline gem, the inclusion is noticeable upon close inspection, but does not detract from the overall beauty and brilliance of the stone. It is still a high-quality gemstone that would make a stunning addition to any jewelry collection.
When buying a gemstone, it's important to be aware of any inclusions or imperfections that may be present. However, it's also important to remember that these natural imperfections can add character and value to a gemstone.
We hope this information has been helpful and if you have any questions about inclusions or gemstones in general, please feel free to leave a comment below. Thank you for watching!
