I can try and weigh them both today. But there was no noticeable difference using each one. I would suspect that the EPX would be a bit lighter, as the shell and liner are both EPX. But the VX has a 420d rip stop liner. So I think that would add a bit of weight. Nothing noticeable, just a few grams.

happy to help......and.... well.... I forgot the VX at home today.... I swapped packs from a 30l to a 21l last night and I was half asleep. So I didn't organize and get everything in....
