Collard Greens n black-eyed peas
about 10-20 small colllard green eaves
1 bag dry black-eyed peas
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1T olive oil
1 med tomato
1t salt
1t thyme
1T parsley
1T basil
1 quart vegetable broth
1 packet Goya seasoning
