Homeless? Complaining about the police? Jeez. We nearly moved there. Sounds like another American city is falling to the losing formula. Rampant crime and low/no bail will be next. Sad.
Greensboro needs another homeless shelter, it makes no sense a city that big doesn't have more than one homeless shelter with case manager that will help them.
I live in Raleigh and homeless is going up because housing is getting very expensive here.I used to live in Greensboro 1998-1999 and visit once every 6 months and I see a lot of homeless people on Gate City Blvd and Elm Eugene.

Sorry to hear that. That's the first ingredient in the recipe for chaos. We live in a city that went that way and it could easily have been stopped. This is sad the problem is mental health some people are not normal then you got people that are run out of other cities and that's where problem is south Carolina doesn't have that problem because they will give a one way ticket back to where they come from I've seen this in Greensboro if it is free meal without work they are going to stay if you feed a cat he or she is gonna coming back . Mental health is a big issue in Greensboro NC and to many strangers coming to our city that have mental issues

They need to build homeless shelters , little small 1 room apartments toilet and shower , for the homeless. Before winter comes again. Instead of bailing out other country’s. Bail out this countrys people for a change. Help America before we start helping foreigners out. We have a major homeless situation in America most are veterans . Who were forgotten about by the people they protected. The people turned there backs on them when they needed it the most. In There hour of need they are shown the door . How can you do that to someone after they have there lives up for your freedom. It’s disgusting how the government has treated its military when there tour of war is over.

I have seen the greensboro city police beat these homeless people with nightsticks for just setting out were people could see them the police are a big problem where these people are conserved
